Les Jardins Sauvages, La Grée des Landes' gourmet restaurant is managed by our talented, starred chef, Gilles Le Gallès, with one sole objective : to amaze your taste buds with wonderful new tastes using mostly organically grown products.

Rediscover the taste of foods, the finesse of fine foods and the rhythm of the seasons. A vegetable garden adjoining the restaurant provides a supply of fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs. The remaining products are local or regional, fresh and in season, for a flavourful cuisine that saves on energy, storage and transportation.

Enjoy the warm, Zen ambiance of the dining room, with its picture windows and two patios should you want to enjoy the sunrise or the sunset al fresco. Then, relax in our lounge as you curl up in an armchair with a good book and a cup of natural herbal tea.
