"In the kitchen, every day is a challenge. It all starts with the quality of the products, that's the hill (la grée) that we must climb every day!
That's why my team and I would like to sincerely thank all the food producers who, through their efforts and convictions, make the originality of our organic cuisine possible. 90% of our ingredients are organic and nearly 100% come from local producers. They've had faith in us. You, too, can meet with them. The kitchen garden, a natural reserve
Our kitchen garden, adjacent to the restaurant, provides extra fruit, vegetables and herbs : artichokes, courgettes, tomatoes, strawberries, red and black currants, parsley, chives, dill – straight from the organic garden to your plate .
At Les Jardins Sauvages, where we are committed to biodiversity
, our guests are 'locavores'. This naturally optimizes our carbon footprint regarding provisions, but also creates an opportunity for local produce and meat growers, bakers and beekeepers : professionals who work with their precious knowledge and respect of Nature .
Working toward the Ecocert Label, 90% of the restaurant's ingredients are certified Organic .
