The restaurant of La Grée des Landes Les Jardins Sauvages" in La Gacilly in the Morbihan region, is managed by the talented chef Gilles Le Gallès, former student of Bernard Loiseau and Gilbert Lecoze .

ABOUT THE CHEF

 

Chef Gilles Le Gallès, former student of Bernard Loiseau and Gilbert Lecoze, has been chef/owner of several fine Parisian restaurants including La Barrière de Clichy (traditional French cuisine ), and l'Aristippe (specializing in fish) .

Originally from Vannes in Brittany, he decided to return to his native region in 2005 .

As chef of the restaurant of La Grée des Landes, he has taken on the challenge of creating a truly gourmet organic cuisine while opening new horizons for traditional French gastronomy .
