Introduction to Yoga
Yoga is the Intelligence of the Body whichexpresses itself in the science of postures, breathing exercises and the use of mental resources. It promotes the development of our individual potential. In good weather our Yoga courses take place outdoors in natural surroundings: the ideal place for the renewal and relaxation of body and mind .

Aquarelaxation is a relaxation technique performed in water. The warmth of the water, close to natural body temperature, and the feeling of weightlessness combined with movement, all contribute to the total and deep relaxation of body and mind .
