To confirm your booking, it must be accompanied with:

Stay up to 3 nights : A bank card number as a guarantee.
Stay over 3 nights : A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total bill

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS

Stay up to 3 nights:

Cancellation up to 48 hours before planned arrival date, no penalty. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date, the cost of a one night stay will be debited to your card.

Stay over 3 nights:

Cancellation over 15 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit is returned. Cancellation between 15 days and 48 hours before planned arrival date, we keep the deposit for a future stay for up to one year from the date that the written cancellation is received. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date, the deposit is not returned. In order to preserve the quality of our services and the well-being atmosphere of our establishment, the Yves Rocher Spa (relaxation pool and hammam steam room) can be accessed from 10am to 7pm by people who have booked a treatment. It can be accessed by hotel residents from 7pm to 10:30pm.

YVES ROCHER SPA CABIN BOOKING TERMS

The Yves Rocher Spa Cabin is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm.

To be confirmed, any booking without a stay must be accompanied by: :

a bank card number for a booking under €150.
a 30% deposit for a booking over €150.

The indicated treatment times are the effective service time.

Please arrive at the Yves Rocher Spa at least 15 min before your treatment to start your treatment promptly. If you are late, your treatment time will be reduced by the same amount of time to respect the next clients.

Any appointment which is not cancelled at least 4 hours in advance will be billed in full.
